Mr Mike Lawrence is a health and wellbeing consultant with an interest in holistic and healing therapies. He began his career in the leisure and recreation industry before moving to London to graduate from the London Metropolitan University with a diploma in Management Studies. After rupturing his Achilles tendon twice, he became interested in holistic and healing therapies, gaining qualifications in Reiki, Clinical Hypnosis, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming and saw his career develop into life coaching. He became a global name in corporate operations guaranteeing to increase employee productivity and retention and reduce stress levels. He was recently invited to co-host an HR Future Leaders Seminar and holds Mental Health at Work Awareness training sessions, and his Practice was rated in the top 3 in Sheffield in 2019.
