Mr Ali is European Board certified, has obtained the European Board Certificate in Otorhinolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery (EBE ORL-HNS) in Vienna, Austria.
In 2017, Mr Ali was awarded the MD Degree (Doctor of Medicine) from the University of Leicester, for his achievement in Medical Research. This is the highest degree a surgeon can achieve.
Mr Ali completed a fellowship in dizziness, vertigo and balance conditions in 2009 at the Washington University Hospital Dizziness and balance Centre, USA.
In 2005, Mr Ali obtained a Masters degree in Surgery of Voice and Swallowing from Newcastle University, and completed a fellowship in Portland, USA.
Mr Ali is actively involved in training the next generation of ENT surgeons. He is involved in auditing, research and teaching of both undergraduate and postgraduate doctors.
