Prior to this he spent over ten years as a sports therapist and exercise coach, working at one of London's top personal training studios where he developed a special interest in working with people suffering from lower back pain and or recovering from injuries.
Mr Smith was the team osteopathy at Carlson Gracie London where he worked with some of the top martial artists in the country including national champions and European and world medalists in Brazilian Jui Jitsu. He was also part of a team providing Osteopathic treatment to some of the country's top sprinters at the World Championship Trials in Birmingham, and Loughborough international Athletic meet 2017.
Mr Gavin Smith takes a patient centered approach to treatment and enjoys the variety and challenge of working with diverse individuals. Every patient is unique and as such hands on treatment, exercise plans and lifestyle advice are tailored to each person's individual needs.
