Mr Fitzgerald graduated in 1989 in Medicine from Charing Cross and Westminster Medical School. Afterwards, he also completed specialised training in spinal surgery and upper limb surgery at the Great Ormond Street Hospital with further specialist hand surgery training at Chelsea & Westminster Hospital & Broomfield Hospital in the Orthopaedic & Plastic surgery departments.
Mr Fitzgerald has a breadth of knowledge and can treat a variety of conditions including hand & wrist arthritis, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Dupuytren's contracture, tendon injuries and tendinitis, trigger finger, hand & wrist joint fusion and joint replacements. Shoulder tendonitis, frozen shoulder and Tennis & Golfer's Elbow, Nerve compression including Cubital Tunnel Syndrome. I have extensive experience in trauma and fracture management.
I continue to manage low back pain and scaitica with extensive experince in pain management options including nerve blocks, facet & SI joint injections and Caudal Epidural Injections.
