Mr Aman Bhargava

Mr Aman Bhargava is a Consultant General Surgeon. Bhargava has a broad general surgical training in both open and laparoscopic surgery and advanced skills in laparoscopic (keyhole) surgery for gallbladder disease, colorectal issues including cancer, groin hernia repair, abdominal wall hernia repair / reconstruction - including incisional hernia repair. His specialist interest also covers diseases of the back passage (Proctology) including fistula problems and pilonidal sinus for which he has pioneered endoscopic or keyhole management. He is also a fully trained endoscopist in both upper and lower GI endoscopy (Colonoscopy) and his training has reduced patient recovery time for major abdominal operations. He has done over 3000 inguinal hernias performed laparoscopically. 30+colorectal cancer cases per year for the last 15 years - 90% performed laparoscopically. He provides a tailor-made approach to clinical work and operative intervention.
