Upon completion of his fellowship training, Dr. Azam went on to gain further experience in joint revision surgery in the UK at Freeman Hospital, Newcastle-upon-Tyne. Since his Consultant appointment in Pakistan, Dr Azam has become a member of the Pakistan Orthopaedic Association and the International Society of Limb Salvage. He is a Member and Fellow of the College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan.
