Dr Moayad Altayyar is a Consultant General Surgeon with extensive experience in a wide range of elective and emergency surgical procedures. He is dedicated to providing high-quality care by combining evidence-based practice with modern techniques. Dr Altayyar focuses on ensuring patient safety and delivering the best possible outcomes through personalised treatment plans.
He holds a Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons in England (FRCS) and is a UK-certified Consultant General Surgeon. Dr Altayyar has further enhanced his expertise with a Clinical Fellowship in Colorectal Surgery from the Cleveland Clinic in the United States and the European Board of Surgery Qualification in Coloproctology. He also holds a postgraduate diploma in Clinical Education from the Royal College of Surgeons of Glasgow.

He is also a highly experienced endoscopist, proficient in performing both diagnostic and therapeutic upper and lower gastrointestinal endoscopy procedures.
