About Miss Neela Mukhopadhaya
Miss Neela Mukhopadhaya is a Consultant Gynaecologist currently working at Luton and Dunstable University Hospital. She also holds the position as Honorary Senior Lecturer at UCL and Associate Medical Director for Revalidation. She is a past Clinical Director for Gynaecology. She has a particular interest in Recurrent miscarriages, Early Pregnancy and Subfertility Problems, but also has experience in fibroids, ovarian cysts, menstrual and menopausal disorders (BMS specialist and trainer). Miss Mukhopadhaya qualified in Medicine in India. She completed her postgraduate medical training before specialising in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. She has also completed a fellowship with the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists in 2013, and is now a Faculty and Committee member. She also holds a honorary post in teh European College of Obstetrians and Gynaecologist (EBCOG). She has more than 30 years of clinical experience on a broad range of gynaecological problems, and she provides a patient-centred approach for her patients. Furthermore she has set up a one-stop service using ultrasound for diagnosis and for putting together a management plan. Apart from her clinical work, she enjoys teaching and carrying out research.
