Ms Gould is a Consultant Gynaecologist with more than 20 years' experience in the field.

Since 2011 she has been the Clinical Director for Gynaecology & Reproductive Medicine at ICHT and over the last 9 years she has worked to develop the largest gynaecology and reproductive Medicine service in London, recruiting over 15 consultants leading development in their areas of expertise.
ICHT is the only London Hospital to offer all NHSE specialists commissioned specialist Gynaecology services. The Early pregnancy service is part of the Tommie's National miscarriage service partnered with Birmingham and Warwick University Hospitals.


Despite her major role in management she continues as full time NHS consultants delivering Consultant led emergency gynaecology, colposcopy, general gynaecology and gynaecological surgery.

She offers a one stop approach during the assessment for most gynaecological problems including menstrual disorders, pelvic pain, ovarian cysts and abnormal cervical smears. Her approach it to provide the most comprehensive approach during the initial assessment to streamline care and to avoid unnecessary follow-up.
She performs ultrasounds scan during the assessment, as required, to support this approach.
On a personal level Miss Gould enjoys yoga.
