Micheal has extensive experience in conducting bio-psycho-social assessments using standardised and non-standardised tools across both inpatient and outpatient settings, formulating individualised treatment plans based on multi-method assessments to address specific patient needs. He oversaw the screening and admission processes for referrals, ensuring that all cases met program criteria, facilitated case reviews and communicated treatment progress to relevant stakeholders and authored comprehensive reports to convey assessment results and treatment recommendations to clients, caregivers, and professionals.
