I have over 10 years of extensive experience in weight management and type 2 diabetes from working both in the NHS and in private healthcare.

I have worked as a specialist project lead dietitian for both adult (bariatric (weight loss) surgery) and childhood obesity management.

I have worked as a Senior Specialist Diabetes Dietitian in digital health care (Oviva UK) helping patients prevent type 2 diabetes or manage their diabetes if they already have it.

I was promoted to co-lead NHS England's Low-Calorie Pilot Programme (at Oviva UK) based on the work of Professor Mike Lean and helped hundreds of patients achieve diabetes remission and weight loss.

I have had the honour of working alongside psychologists, psychotherapists and BACP Counsellors for 5 years to help patients cultivate a healthier relationship with food.

My passion is helping you understand and address the root causes of your health problems. This stemmed from my own personal journey of overcoming medical issues, so I fully understand the challenges that come with making lifestyle changes.

I hold an honours degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from The University of Surrey

I am a Registered Dietitian with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and a full member of the British Dietetic Association (BDA).
