Dr. med. Maxim Kochergin ist Facharzt für Urologie und am Urologiezentrum Wien unter der Leitung von Univ. Prof. Dr. Shahrokh F. Shariat tätig. Im Bereich der Neurourologie betreut Dr. Kochergin insbesondere Querschnittpatient:innen, bietet Check-ups und (Video-)Urodynamik an und setzt bei Bedarf Botoxbehandlungen oder sakrale Neuromodulation ein. Zudem behandelt er weibliche und männliche Harninkontinenz und ist auf den Einsatz und die Nachsorge urologischer Implantate spezialisiert, darunter Bänder, künstliche Schließmuskeln oder Penisprothesen. Weitere Tätigkeitsfelder umfassen die Erstbeurteilung, Implantation, Kontrolle und den Austausch bei sakraler Neuromodulation, die Behandlung von Harnleiterstrikturen, urogenitalen Fisteln sowie von Problemen an den äußeren Genitalien wie Phimose, Penisdeviation, Meatusstenose, Hydrozele oder Spermatozele.
