About Dr Mark Connaughton
Dr Mark Connaughton is a Consultant Cardiologist. They specialise in assessing and treating patients with diseases and defects of the heart and blood vessels. They are an expert in imaging using simple or complex echocardiography, CT and MRI. Dr Connaughton graduated from Oxford University in 1982 and completed their medical degree at the London Hospital Medical College in 1987. They obtained an MD by research at the Rayne Institute, St Thomas' Hospital London in 1996. Dr Connaughton was elected to Fellowship of the Royal College of Physicians of London in 2005. Dr Connaughton is also a Royal College Tutor for Medicine and Lead Educator at a hospital.
