Dr. Marion Young is a dedicated physiotherapist with a wealth of experience, having obtained her BSc (Physio) Honours degree in 2005 from the University of The Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa. Throughout her career, she has worked in both outpatient and hospital settings, and successfully ran her own practice within a multidisciplinary clinic in Johannesburg before relocating to Dubai in 2018.
Marion holds postgraduate qualifications in Orthopaedic Manipulative Therapy (OMT1) and Sports Physiotherapy (SPT1), both of which are internationally recognised diplomas. These qualifications have enhanced her clinical reasoning, assessment, and treatment skills, particularly in patients with neuromusculoskeletal pain and dysfunction.
She also has a special interest in treating paediatric bladder and bowel dysfunction, including issues like day and night wetting, incontinence, functional constipation, and the challenges surrounding these conditions.
