Ich biete seit 2007 in eigener Praxis in Pulheim-Brauweiler individuell abgestimmte psychotherapeutische Unterstützung in Form von Einzeltherapie, Paartherapie und Familientherapie an. Gerne begleite ich Sie in herausfordernden Lebenssituationen mit einem systemischen Ansatz, der das emotionale Wohlbefinden und zwischenmenschliche Beziehungen in den Mittelpunkt stellt.
Mit viel Einfühlungsvermögen möchte ich Sie unterstützen Dynamiken zu verstehen und zu verbessern. Ich begleite Sie bei der Bewältigung von Herausforderungen in Krisensituationen, bei Umbrüchen und Kommunikationsproblemen. Gerne unterstütze ich Sie bei Ängsten, Depressionen und psychosomatischen Beschwerden.
Großen Wert lege ich auf eine vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit, um langfristige positive Veränderungen zu ermöglichen.
