With a background in psychologiy, cognitive behavioural therapy  and coaching for over 20 years,  she helps individuals unlock the barriers preventing them from achieving their goals,  build resilience and crete  meaningful change.

She provides one to one coaching for individuals experiencing stress, anxiety and supports individuals in managing their overall wellbeing through helping to build coping skills and restoring a sense of control and purpose.

She uses sevidence-based tools from positive psychology, mindfulness, and cognitive-behavioural coaching to help people manage stress and anxiety, build resilience, and feel more in control. Her aim isn’t to “fix” you — it’s to help you understand yourself better and make changes that actually fit your life. Her approach is practical and grounded in psychology, no jargon, no quick fixes, just real converations that lead to real change.

Margaret holds a Masters in Business Psychology, a Diploma in Business, Executive & Life Coaching and a Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. She is a member of the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI) and is one of the founding members of the Division of Coaching Psychology which is affialited to PSI.

Outside of coaching Margaret can be found, trying to run 5k's, drinking tea, and watching crime thrillers on tv.
