About

Kristaps Antins is a Chartered and CORU-registered physiotherapist with a strong focus on sports and exercise medicine, injury rehabilitation and performance optimisation. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from Rīga Stradiņš University in 2022.

Following his undergraduate training, he gained experience working across both hospital and private practice settings, building his clinical skills in managing a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. In 2024, he moved to Ireland to further advance his expertise, completing a Master’s degree in Sports and Exercise Medicine at Trinity College Dublin in 2025.

Kristaps has a particular passion for sports performance, injury prevention and rehabilitation. His approach focuses on identifying the root causes of injury and supporting patients in returning to their desired activities through a combination of education, hands-on manual therapy and structured strength and conditioning programmes.

In addition to his core physiotherapy training, he has undertaken postgraduate education in sports massage, further enhancing his ability to support recovery and optimise physical performance. Known for his patient-centred and goal-oriented approach, he aims to empower individuals to achieve long-term health, resilience and functional recovery.

“Evidence-based care tailored to each patient — taking the time to explain options and shared decisions.”
