His commitment to continuous professional development led him to undertake international fellowships in Ghent and Bruges, Belgium and at the Endo-Klinik in Hamburg, Germany, followed by advanced hip surgery fellowships in St Georges Hospital and South West London Elective Orthopaedic Centre in London and in Exeter. He also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Medical Education from Cardiff University.

He was appointed a consultant in HIp and Hip Revision Surgery in West Suffolk Hospital in August 2019 and he has been leading Hip Fracture Team in West Suffolk since 2020.

A member of both the British Orthopaedic Association and the British Hip Society, Dr Wronka provides consultations for NHS, private, and self-funding patients. Outside of medicine, he enjoys football, running, and gardening, and lives near Bury St Edmunds with his wife and two children.
