About Miss Katie Sanders
Miss Katie Sanders is an accredited Dietitian and Nutritionist with extensive experience in both NHS and private practice settings. Specialising in Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and gut disorders, she currently practises at the BMI Blackheath Hospital, BMI Sloane Hospital, and BMI Chelsfield Park Hospital. Katie obtained her PG Diploma in Dietetics at King's College, London, following an MSc in Nutrition at King's College and a Bachelors Honors degree in Physiology from St Andrew's University. She has also completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Sports and Exercise Nutrition from Coventry University. Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), Katie provides evidence-based dietary advice to help patients achieve their health goals. In addition to her private practice, Katie serves as a Specialist Nutrition Support Dietitian at Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust in London. Her clinical experience covers a wide range of areas including allergies, cardiovascular disease, coeliac disease, diabetes, obesity, and more. She has a particular interest in IBS and gut disorders, having undergone specialised training in the low FODMAP diet. Katie offers personalised nutrition services tailored to individuals, corporates, and the media. Her advice is based on scientific evidence, best practices, and national guidelines, taking into account clients' lifestyles, health and fitness goals, and food preferences. Known for her sensitivity and empathy, Katie goes the extra mile to ensure the best care for her clients.
