About
Katherine works with clients across the lifespan including children and their families, adolescents, and adults. They work collaboratively with clients to assist them to achieve their therapy goals. Katherine understands that it can take courage to seek therapy and values the importance of feeling welcomed and comfortable in the therapy space.
Katherine has particular interests in anxiety disorders, ADHD, interventions for challenging child behaviour, adjustment difficulties, and depression. Using evidence-based interventions such as CBT, Mindfulness, and DBT, Katherine works with clients to deepen their understanding of themselves and the relationship between their thoughts and how they feel and behave.
