In addition to her core rotations in various physiotherapy areas, Karolina developed expertise in treating musculoskeletal problems such as back pain, sprain injuries, and tendonitis. As a dancer, she has a particular interest in working with dancers and other performing artists.

She also researched postpartum physical activity and its effects on mothers' health, gaining insights into birth, the postnatal period, and rehabilitative exercise. Additionally, she studied evidence-based physiotherapy of the pelvic floor.
