About
Following his naval career, Justin joined Regain Hearing and began training as a Hearing Care Assistant (HCA). Demonstrating exceptional aptitude and dedication, he went on to earn his Foundation Degree in Audiology and achieve Registered Hearing Aid Dispenser (RHAD) status. Today, he works as a fully qualified Consultant, providing expert hearing assessments, hearing aid fittings, and ongoing patient support.
As a hearing aid wearer himself, Justin brings genuine empathy and first-hand understanding to his role. He recognises the challenges of hearing loss and is deeply committed to ensuring that every patient receives the highest standard of care — from maintaining optimal hearing aid performance to providing clear guidance and reassurance.
Justin takes great pride in improving his patients’ quality of life through effective hearing solutions. His calm, methodical approach and dedication to personalised care make him a trusted and valued member of the Regain Hearing team.
“Evidence-based care tailored to each patient — taking the time to explain options and shared decisions.”
