In addition to her clinical work, Joy has provided mental health training to NGOs, ministries, and educators through her work with Save the Children, Himaya, and UNICEF. She has lectured in Developmental Psychology at Université Saint-Joseph and led the Children and Adolescent Mental Health Diploma programme in the MENA region.
