Originally from Barbados, Mr. Noël earned his medical degree there before returning to the UK to specialize in urology. He refined his expertise in robotic prostatectomy, mastering advanced techniques such as the anterior Retzius-sparing method at The Royal Marsden and the NeuroSAFE approach at Lister Hospital. To further enhance his skills, Mr. Noël was selected for a highly competitive fellowship in the USA under the mentorship of Professor Vipul Patel, a world-renowned expert in robotic prostate surgery. His rigorous training, combined with his foundation from the Royal College of Surgeons of England, has cemented his reputation in the field. As a Consultant at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust, he performed over 100 robotic procedures in his first year—well above the national average.
