About
Mr Jeffery is committed to helping young people live active, pain-free lives and to establish healthy habits that support long-term musculoskeletal wellbeing. He delivers thorough, timely assessments and clear, individualised treatment plans for every child and family, which may include both non-operative management and surgical intervention when appropriate.
He has extensive experience working with young athletes and collaborates closely with regional sports, dance and gymnastics academies. As a regional ambassador for Power Up To Play, he plays an active role in promoting injury prevention and knee-health education in youth sports.
Outside of his clinical practice, Mr Jeffery is a dedicated athlete himself. His personal experience of high-level training, performance and recovery gives him a unique insight into the physical and emotional challenges faced by young people recovering from injury.
Conditions specialised in:
• Knee pain/swelling
• Catching, clicking, locking
• Giving way/instability
• Kneecap dislocations
• Ligament ruptures
• Meniscus tears
“Evidence-based care tailored to each patient — taking the time to explain options and shared decisions.”
