About Joanne Paine
Joanne Paine is a fully BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) with over 20 years of experience in delivering high-quality, evidence-based psychological therapy. She holds an MSc in Forensic Psychology from the University of Surrey (2002) and a BSc in Psychology from Southampton University (2000). Her clinical work focuses on the treatment of adults with depression and anxiety disorders, using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy as her core therapeutic approach. She specialises in managing a wide range of common mental health conditions, including generalised anxiety disorder (GAD), panic disorder, health anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), social anxiety, phobias, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), low self-esteem, and depression.
