About Jennifer Lamond
Dr Jennifer Lamond is a General Practitioner with over 25 years of medical experience and a strong background in psychiatry and holistic patient care. She qualified in Medicine from the University of Southampton in 1996 and went on to gain extensive experience in psychiatry, particularly in substance misuse and the care of older adults, before completing her GP training. Dr Lamond has worked both in the UK and internationally, including a clinical placement in the Middle East, where she developed a deep understanding of caring for patients from a range of cultural and social backgrounds. Since returning to the UK in 2018, she has practised in both NHS and private healthcare settings, delivering care through face-to-face and digital consultations across London and Cheshire. Her consultation style is collaborative and patient-centred, encouraging individuals to take an active role in their health and treatment decisions. She takes a holistic approach to medicine, considering physical, psychological, and lifestyle factors to achieve the best health outcomes. Dr Lamond is experienced in caring for children and adults of all ages, with a particular interest in mental health and psychological wellbeing. Outside of medicine, she values maintaining a healthy work-life balance and enjoys running, cycling, and exploring the outdoors with her family.
