About James Tomkies
James has been practising for 30 years and specialises in manual therapy (hands on treatment), expert diagnosis and physiotherapy plans to ensure a pain free state and your ability to fully return to your life without pain. James is also highly experienced in the elements of your health that can make a big difference to your physiotherapy outcomes these include; diet and nutrition, your quality of sleep and your current exercise structure including your exercise plan if you attend a gym. All of these components are vital to you making a full recovery and for your health to thrive. He is a diagnostic expert ensuring the correct solution to your injury by providing innovative care using the most up to date physiotherapy techniques. James has links with orthopaedic consultants specialising in both back and all other joints such as shoulder, knee, foot etc James formed Physioelite in 2001 and has a mature practice dealing with patients from 9 years to 94 years. He has developed strong links with local community organisations such as nursing homes, gyms, and local GPs. James is based at The Old Woolmart, Hambrook, Bristol, BS16 1RB.
