Physiotherapy
About
Jake began his career with West Ham United FC and Crystal Palace FC, where he honed his expertise in assessing, diagnosing, and rehabilitating professional athletes. He applies the same performance-focused principles to his private practice, helping patients of all backgrounds recover from injury, optimise movement, and achieve their goals.
Specialising in sports and exercise medicine, Jake has particular expertise in hip, knee, ankle, and spinal rehabilitation, including post-operative recovery from ACL, meniscus, and hip labral surgeries. He is passionate about adolescent sports injury rehabilitation, treating young athletes from age eight upwards.
An advocate for evidence-based, multidisciplinary care, Jake collaborates closely with consultants, GPs, podiatrists, and strength and conditioning specialists. He serves as the Regional Representative for the ACPSEM (London & South East), holds ACPSEM Bronze accreditation, and is a UKAD-accredited Clean Sport Advisor.
Beyond the clinic, Jake enjoys cycling, judo, padel, and bouldering, volunteers at a community food project, and remains a devoted QPR FC supporter.
“Evidence-based care tailored to each patient — taking the time to explain options and shared decisions.”
