Dr Jade Thomas

Dr. Jade Thomas is a highly skilled and dedicated Counselling Psychologist, registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and a Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society (BPS). She is the founder and Clinical Director of Luxe Psychology Practice, based in Central London and Central Milton Keynes. With over a decade of experience in psychology and mental health, Dr. Jade is committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic services to diverse client groups, including children, adolescents, adults, and couples. Dr. Jade holds a Doctorate (DPsych) in Counselling Psychology from the University of Roehampton, demonstrating her commitment to advancing mental health practice. She  has also undergone extensive training under the guidance of top Harley Street psychologists and psychotherapists. Her academic journey and practical experience make her a leading expert in her field. In her clinical practice, Dr. Jade delivers a wide range of therapeutic interventions tailored to the unique needs of each client. Her areas of expertise include treating depression, anxiety, low mood, interpersonal difficulties, borderline personality disorder (BPD), and trauma. Additionally, she has a keen interest in celebrity psychology, providing expert mental health care to high-profile clients in the public eye. Her approach is client-centered, focusing on collaboration to help individuals achieve their therapeutic goals. Dr. Jade's professional journey began with private practice and continued within the NHS, where she gained significant experience working with patients at different stages of cancer treatment at the Royal Marsden Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. This role involved delivering cancer-specific tailored psychotherapy, helping patients navigate the emotional and psychological challenges associated with their diagnosis and treatment. In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Jade has also made significant contributions to the field through teaching and media involvement. By the age of 24, she became a university lecturer in psychology, counselling, and mental health, and by 25, she was a published author and researcher in psychology. Her passion for education is reflected in her role as an Associate Psychology Lecturer at the University of Northampton, where she taught for nearly three years. As a media contributor, Dr. Jade frequently provides expert commentary on mental health, psychology, and celebrity behaviour. Her insights have been featured in prominent media outlets such as Women's Health, Stylist, Daily Mirror, Hello Magazine, GB News, and BBC5Live.
