He runs the popular “Bread and Butter Haematology” channel on X, which has generated more than 1.6 million interactions, and writes an international Substack newsletter read in over 50 countries. He has taught at the University of Birmingham, delivered exam-preparation courses for FRCPath candidates, and lectures at the University of Wolverhampton. His research includes developing a COVID-19 severity scoring equation published in the Journal of Clinical Medicine (2023) and pioneering work on the Bone Marrow Drill, presented at the British Society of Haematology (2023).
