Herbert Ledermüller ist seit 1983 verheiratet und Vater von zehn Kindern. Dr. med. Univ. Herbert Ledermüller studierte Medizin an der Universität Wien und promovierte im Jahr 1982. Nach seinem Zivildienst in der Psychiatrie in Gugging-Klosterneuburg absolvierte er eine vierjährige Ausbildung an verschiedenen Wiener Krankenhäusern. Im Laufe seiner Karriere hat sich Dr. med. Univ. Herbert Ledermüller in verschiedenen medizinischen Bereichen weitergebildet. Dr. med. Univ. Herbert Ledermüller legt großen Wert auf eine umfassende Betreuung seiner Patienten.
