About

Dr. Hassan Zaid is a highly knowledgeable Chiropractor who specialises in the treatment and rehabilitation of upper and lower limb injuries including feet, ankles, knees elbows, shoulders and even the TMJ (Jaw). Over a period of 8 years Dr. Zaid worked in the Notting Hill and Mayfair areas of central London where he also taught seminars to personal trainers.
Dr. Zaid has gained plenty of experience in the treatment and management of elite athletes across a diverse set of sports including powerlifting, crossfit, athletics and many more. In addition he has cared for numerous Olympic athletes, not only helping with treatment and rehabilitation but often playing a key role in their programming and strength training. Previously Dr. Zaid was the chiropractor for the German national and Olympic track team, working primarily with 100/200m sprinters and 110m hurdle runners among others.
Dr. Zaid has competed in four powerlifting world championships in three separate weight classes, twice winning a silver medal both in Latvia 2011 and in Portugal 2015 and has previously held BPU British records in the squat and deadlift.
Dr. Zaid has always been passionate about and loved the fact that chiropractic can fix and prevent injuries by hand without drugs or surgery. However, he was not satisfied with a pure traditional approach to treatment. His unique perspective on injuries, rehabilitation and sports performance has led him to develop his own methodology which has allowed him to achieve phenomenal results in his regular practice, as well as with elite athletes.
