About
Before entering his professional career, Mr Brooke competed as an amateur boxer for many years. The discipline, resilience and work ethic he developed through sport provided a strong foundation for his studies and continue to influence his approach to patient care. His experience in both the physical and cognitive demands of training gives him valuable insight into how best to support individuals in achieving their goals.
Mr Brooke adopts a person-centred approach, working collaboratively with each individual to tailor treatment to their specific needs. He is experienced in supporting people across a wide range of ages, lifestyles and sporting backgrounds, with particular clinical interests in sports injuries, golf, boxing, football and the use of objective measurement in rehabilitation. His focus is on helping people restore function, achieve personal goals, and maintain long-term health and wellbeing.
“Evidence-based care tailored to each patient — taking the time to explain options and shared decisions.”
— Mr Harry Brooke
