About Dr Haitham Khashaba
Dr. Haitham Khashaba is a highly experienced Consultant Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon with over 15 years of specialist practice. He has extensive expertise in breast surgery, microsurgery, and perineal reconstruction, providing patients with care that is both compassionate and clinically advanced. Being GMC registered, Dr. Khashaba is committed to delivering safe and individualised treatment tailored to each patient’s needs. Dr. Khashaba began his career after earning his Medical degree from Ain Shams University, Cairo in 2004. He then earned his Master in Plastic Surgery from the same institution in 2008. Since then, he has worked in leading hospitals across Egypt, Kuwait, and the United Kingdom, gaining broad international experience in complex reconstructive and cosmetic procedures. His dedication to advancing the field is reflected in his contributions to medical research, clinical audits, and teaching, including presentations at international conferences and faculty roles in national training courses. His professional qualifications include Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons, European Board of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery and is a Member of the Royal College of Surgeons. Dr. Khashaba combines surgical precision with a patient-centred approach, ensuring the highest standards of care and long-term outcomes. Dr Khashaba also works as an expert witness, where he provides the court with an expert opinion to aid in medicolegal cases, personal injuries or clinical negligence cases. Dr Khashaba offers breast reconstruction on the NHS and private, and he also offers cosmetic breast surgery including breast augmentation (Boob Jobs), Mastopexy (Breast Uplift), Breast reduction, correction of breast asymmetry, mommy makeover, combined procedures, Abdominoplasty (Tummy Tuck), Liposuction, thigh and arm lifts, post massiver weight loss surgery, upper eyelid surgery, skin cancer recognition and skin cancer surgery on the NHS and in private practice, minor hand surgery inlcuding trigger finger release, dupuytren's release, carpal tunnel release, excision of skin lesions. Mr Khashaba is recognised by major insurances, and he accepts patients from BUPA, AXA, Vitality, WPA, Aviva and Allianz.
