Gemma Davies

Gemma Davies is an Integrative Psychotherapist at 96 Harley Street bringing a unique blend of professional experience and diverse qualifications to her practice. After a successful career in Risk and Corporate Banking, Gemma transitioned to her second calling as a BACP accredited integrative psychotherapist. Gemma earned her Master’s degree (Distinction) at the University of Roehampton, where she developed a special interest in the positive role humour can play in therapy. In addition to her integrative psychotherapy accreditation, she holds qualifications in couple counselling from the College of Relationship and Sexual Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy from the UK College of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy, and Plant-based nutrition from Cornell University. As an active member of Plant-based health professionals UK, Gemma not only speaks at events like Vegan Camp Out but also contributes to publications like Vegan Food and Living. Her holistic approach to wellbeing is further reflected in her Psychotherapy Plus model, which integrates traditional modalities with optimal nutrition, exercise, and sleep hygiene/meditation. This comprehensive mind, body, and spiritual framework allows clients to analyse the origin, development, and potential solutions to their specific difficulties. Gemma has contributed her skills and expertise to various organisations, including the NHS, The Mulberry Centre (West Middlesex Hospital), and Working Chance, supporting female ex-offenders and their families. Her private clientele includes senior law firm and corporate executives, barristers, TV personalities and producers, musicians/stage performers, members of the clergy, and psychotherapy students. In addition to her client work, Gemma provides clinical supervision to staff responsible for the victims of human trafficking.
