Her contributions extend to academic institutions, as she has held positions as an Assistant Professor at Lebanese University and Beirut Arab University. Additionally, she has been actively involved in various scientific committees for regional and international conferences, where she has shared her expertise and contributed to advancing paediatric healthcare. Prior to joining Medcare, Dr Faysal practiced as a Specialist Paediatrician at Dr Sulaiman Al Habib Hospital in Saudi Arabia, where she was also Head of Department, followed by the Clemenceau Medical Center in Beirut.
With a broad range of expertise in general paediatrics, Dr Faysal is well-versed in diagnosing and treating various children's diseases. She has expertise in atopic dermatitis (eczema), periodic fever syndrome, gastroenteritis, urinary tract infections, constipation, coeliac disease, and multisystem inflammatory syndrome post-COVID (MIS-C). She also has specialist interests in childhood enuresis, asthma, pneumonia, allergic diseases, faltering growth, short stature, precocious puberty, autism and ADHD.
