Emma trained at the prestigious Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION), considered the UK’s leading centre for nutritional studies and founded by health expert Patrick Holford. Before embarking on her career in nutrition, Emma spent two decades working in the City, giving her firsthand insight into the challenges of balancing a demanding career with maintaining a healthy diet. Her approach is practical, relatable, and results-oriented.
