I am a qualified and experienced Chartered Counselling Psychologist and an EMDR-accredited practitioner. I have worked extensively within the NHS as a Highly Specialist Counselling Psychologist, supporting individuals with complex and long-standing mental health challenges. I work with adults and adolescents aged 14 and above, offering appointments in both Putney and Mayfair. 

I provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space for people navigating a range of difficulties, including complex trauma, PTSD, depression, OCD, anxiety and personality disorders, phobias, emotional regulation issues, and complex bereavement.
