About Dr Kirit Ardeshna
Dr Kirit Ardeshna is a consultant who specialises in the management of patients with haematological malignancies. He has worked as a consultant for over 23 years and has particular interests in · Lymphoma (Hodgkin's and Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma) · Haematological stem cell transplantation (HSCT, BMT) • Immunotherapy for lymphomas including CAR-T therapy He has a national and international profile in the field of lymphoma and is actively involved in clinical trials. He is the Clinical Director of the Cancer Division at University College London Hospitals (UCLH), which hosts the largest lymphoma service in the UK. He is also a medical advisor to the Lymphoma Action and Blood Cancer UK He has an approachable manner and prides himself on delivering a timely and high-quality service to his patients. Dr Ardeshna gained his medical qualification in 1990 from Cambridge University before going on to obtain an MD from London University in 2001. He was elected as a fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and also a fellow of the Royal College of Pathologists.
