He was the Clinical Lead for Upper Limb Surgery at Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and is the current Surgical Lead for Sustainability and Shoulder & Elbow Fellowship programme director. He enjoyed 9 years at The Shoulder Practice and 12 years convening The London Shoulder Meeting before creating LONDON SHOULDER. He is widely published, teaches at national and international conferences and is actively involved in clinical research and the use of simulation to train junior surgeons.
