Prior to working at Royal Free London, he was a Consultant Hepatologist and Intensivist in the Institute of Liver Studies at King's College Hospital. He practices on the Liver Intensive Care Unit and specialises in critical care for patients with liver disease, liver failure, those needing liver transplant and patients with cirrhosis and portal hypertension.
