About Dr Benjamin Piper
Dr Piper is a Chartered Counselling Psychologist, registered with the Health and Care Professions Council and the British Psychological Society. He works privately at the iRise Psychology clinic, where he is the clinical lead. Dr Piper offers short and long-term therapies drawing on both cognitive behavioural (CBT) and psychodynamic approaches. Dr Piper's therapeutic approach involves integrative methods relying on Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic, Schema therapy and compassion focused therapy. He is also trained to use EMDR (eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing) treatment. His vast experience as a full time therapist for over 18 years is reflected in his therapeutic style, which is adapted to best meet the individual needs of each client.
