With over 20 years of clinical experience, she is GMC-accredited in pediatric gastroenterology, nutrition, and hepatology, and is recognised as a JAG-accredited pediatric endoscopist and trainer. She plays a leadership role in her speciality at a national level, holding the chair position for Inflammatory Bowel Disease at the British Society of Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition, and for Adolescents and Young Persons at the British Society of Gastroenterology.
