Ancutici legt großen Wert darauf, dass sich ihre Patientinnen und Patienten während der Behandlung wohl und gut aufgehoben fühlen. Sie absolvierte ihr Studium der Zahnmedizin an der Universität für Medizin und Pharmazie in ihrer Heimatstadt Timisoara, Rumänien, und schloss dieses im Jahr 1993 erfolgreich ab. Anschließend setzte sie ihr Studium an der Medizinischen Universität Wien fort und erlangte dort im Jahr 2005 den Titel „Doktor der Zahnheilkunde“. Dr. med. dent. Ancutici bildet sich regelmäßig fort, um ihren Patientinnen und Patienten die bestmögliche Versorgung auf dem neuesten Stand der Wissenschaft zu bieten. Dr. med. dent. Ancutici ist Mitglied der Wiener Zahnärztekammer und setzt sich für die Förderung der Zahngesundheit in Österreich ein.
