Ms Troccoli Williams qualified with a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy from the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London, and prior to that, graduated with a BA (Hons) from the University of Rome. She became interested in Nutritional Therapy after struggling with an autoimmune condition herself and seeing how much dietary and lifestyle modifications can improve health, energy levels and positivity.

She has a particular interest in how our gut microbiota can impact mental health, inflammation, and immunity.

Ms Troccoli Williams takes an evidence-based approach to care combined with personalised nutrition and functional medicine principles. She will begin with a comprehensive initial assessment to identify any potential imbalances or underlying factors which may be contributing to health issues. From there, she develops bespoke plans including easy-to-understand recommendations on nutrition, supplements and lifestyle changes - all tailored specifically to each client's individual needs based on their unique goals and preferences. In some cases, additional functional testing may also be recommended as part of the process.

Individual sessions or more cost effective packages are available. Minimum Nutrition Package of 2 sessions (initial assessment and follow up) is £225. Further information can be obtained by booking a free 15 minutes introductory call.
