Concillia Jackson is an Adolescent and Adult Psychotherapist and Counsellor who practices as an Integrative Therapist. She draws from a range of therapeutic approaches and techniques, guided by her belief that one size does not fit all. Her work is centred on meeting each client on the day, in the moment, tailoring therapy to their individual requirements.
Concillia works with adults and adolescents aged 12 years and older, offering sessions both in person and online. She does not prescribe a fixed number of sessions, as she believes therapy should continue for as long, or as short a period as is therapeutically beneficial for the client.
Concillia holds a Master’s degree in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy (MA). She also holds a BA(Psych) from the National University of Ireland along with Diplomas in CBT, Counselling Psychology and a Diploma in Adolescent Psychotherapy.
Having spent many years as an educator in an adolescent mental health service, her training and experience enable her to work knowledgably and flexibly with a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties across adolescence. Concillia also very much enjoys working with adults(!).
