Die Schwerpunkte von Dr. Grill umfassen Lidkorrektur und Lidstraffung, Faltenbehandlung und Unterspritzung, Face Liftings und die Nasenchirurgie. Neben seinen Tätigkeiten als Arzt ist Dr. Grill auch im wissenschaftlichen Bereich tätig. Er hat schon mehrere Publikationen veröffentlicht und hält auch immer wieder wissenschaftliche Vorträge.
