Brian’s practice integrates a range of therapeutic modalities including Brief and Solution-Focused Therapy, with influences from mindfulness and self-compassion. His areas of interest include trauma recovery, anxiety, addiction, relationship issues, workplace stress, and personal development. He also facilitates Breathwork Workshops to support trauma integration.
