About
During his time at Priory Group, he held the role of Addiction Unit Manager for over 8 years. Before becoming an Addiction Unit Manager, he worked as a Senior Therapist specialising in addictions from 2004.
Billy has numerous qualifications including a Post Graduate Diploma in Alcohol and Drug Studies from The University of Paisley, a certificate in CBT: The Five Area Approach from The University of the West of Scotland, and a Diploma in Person-Centred Counselling from Coatbridge College. He has also completed a Counselling Skills Certificate from West Lothian College and a HNC (Higher National Certificate) in Social Care from Coatbridge College. In 2014, he became an Accredited Drug and Alcohol Practitioner for Addiction Treatment by the Federation of Drug and Alcohol Professionals.
